Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All donations made to Aadivasi Rights Protection Committee (ARPC) are voluntary and are used to support charitable activities, community development programs, and protection of Adivasi rights. We strive to ensure transparency and fairness in handling refund requests.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) from the date and time of the transaction.
• If a refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the transaction, it may be eligible for full consideration, subject to review and approval.
• If a refund request is submitted after 24 hours but within 3 days (72 hours), only 50% of the donated amount may be eligible for refund.
• Refund requests submitted after 3 days (72 hours) will not be eligible for refund.

3. Refund Process

• All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by ARPC.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.
• Applicable payment gateway charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Final Decision

ARPC reserves the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis and make the final decision regarding refund approval in accordance with this policy.
